About this site

This site has been created to facilitate dialogue and debate around the opportunity for a European Public Art Network.
The site will act as a conduit for expressing interest in the potential of a fully serviced European Public Art Network & as a focus for the dissemination of information.

Background

The idea for this site is an attempt to address topical issues around the potential of a European Public Art Network. These issues were raised by Jim Doyle in his paper for the European Diploma in Cultural Management: "From Cultural Tariffs To a Public Art Network", 2008.
